NON-CLINICAL · IN-PERSON FIRST
Sunshine Sessions
This is where we cut through the brain-weasel bullshit and get you steady enough to move. It's trauma-informed, non-clinical support — warm, direct, and grounded.
This is Waytending in its most focused form — one hour, one truth, one next step.
Best for you if you need
A steady, truth-telling presence when you’re spiraling, freezing, or second-guessing everything
Help untangling what’s real vs what’s fear, conditioning, or old survival wiring
Support preparing for a hard conversation, decision, transition, or “I can’t do this alone” moment
Accountability without shame: you want backup, not a pep talk
What you get
Relief and steadiness—like you can breathe again
Being witnessed without performance—you don’t have to sound “put together” to be supported or seen
The next foothold—real action you can take to move forward, even if it still sucks
“She corrected me very quickly — the reason I was scammed is that I don’t think like dishonest people do. Blaming myself for not thinking like that is not acceptable.”
What this looks like (a few examples)
Talking through the hard thing you’ve been avoiding, then writing the message or script together
Reality-checking the story loop and naming the actual constraint
Rehearsing a boundary out loud until you can say it without collapsing
Making a decision and locking the next step so you don’t backslide tomorrow
What’s included
60 minutes (in-person or virtual) - scheduled in advance
Trauma-informed presence: we stay grounded, present-focused, and kind to your nervous system
Optional recap: truth / boundary / next foothold (short and usable)
What’s not included
Therapy, diagnosis, or clinical treatment - If you want clinical support, I’ll help you find it and I’m happy to work alongside it as practical backup
Crisis support or 24/7 access - If you’re actively unsafe or in crisis, we pause and route you to emergency support and local resources
Legal, medical, or financial advice
“Sunshine’s honest objectivity helped me see past the felt immediacy of the moment and approach whatever was going on with a calm heart and clear eyes.”
