This is where we cut through the brain-weasel bullshit and get you steady enough to move. It’s trauma-informed, non-clinical support—warm, direct, and grounded.

60 minutes (in-person or virtual) - scheduled in advance
Trauma-informed presence: we stay grounded, present-focused, and kind to your nervous system
Optional recap: truth / boundary / next foothold (short and usable)
What’s not included
Therapy, diagnosis, or clinical trauma treatment - If you want clinical trauma treatment, I’ll help you find it and I’m happy to work alongside it as practical support.
Crisis support or 24/7 access - If you’re actively unsafe or in crisis, we pause and route you to emergency support and local resources.
