Sunshine Through the Suck
“She gave me a place to land in my darkest time—and helped me find my way through it.””
This is my flagship. Not a reset. Not a productivity marathon. This is trauma-informed, non-clinical, in-person support for women with complex lives; where the hard thing isn’t “figuring it out,” it’s doing it without collapsing.
You’ve been the reliable one. The one who holds it together. The one everyone counts on. This is where you finally get to receive the same care you’ve always provided. Don’t do hard things alone anymore. I help you stay regulated and get it done.”
Best for you if you need
A calm, capable person beside you while you do something emotionally loaded and overdue
Body doubling for the life stuff you’ve been neglecting because you’ve been in survival mode
Someone who can hold space for grief, anger, doubt, and brain-weasel spirals without making it a performance
Support through a major transition when your support system is unreliable, judgmental, or gone
What you get (felt outcomes)
You feel supported, not handled
You feel steadier while you move through the hard moment
You get proof you can rely on yourself again—because you didn’t force yourself to do it alone
What it looks like (a few examples)
The Ex-Spouse Purge: boxing, sorting, donating, rearranging, reclaiming the space.
The Neglected Life Catch-Up: appointments booked, inbox dealt with, paperwork handled, home reset—while I body-double and keep you from quitting.
The Big Scary Errand Day: DMV, attorney consult, bank, HR, school meeting, difficult family visit—someone beside you.
The “Sit With Me Through The Suck” Day: you talk, cry, rage, untangle the story, and we keep taking small steps so you don’t freeze.
What’s included
Pre-day calibration call (30 min): what we’re doing, what support you need, what the boundaries are
Up to 5 hours (Half Day) or 9 hours (Full Day) in-person support
Practical help + emotional grounding (presence, pacing, decision support, scripts, breaks)
A short wrap-up message after: what we accomplished + next step (not a “plan,” just the next foothold)
What it is NOT
Therapy, diagnosis, or clinical trauma treatment - If you want clinical trauma treatment, I’ll help you find it and I’m happy to work alongside it as practical support.
Medical/legal advice
Crisis response / suicidal intervention
Physical protection, confrontation, or “I’ll fight your ex” energy
Housekeeping labor as the core service (I can assist lightly, but I’m not your cleaning crew)
Boundaries (this is what keeps it safe and first-class)
You cover expenses (donation runs, storage bins, meals, parking, etc.)
No drugs/illegal activity; no driving anyone impaired
If an environment becomes unsafe, we leave
If the need is crisis-level, I’ll help connect you to appropriate resources, but I’m not the resource
